- Phone calls: when you call a SentryView number, our AI assistant answers and the call is transcribed so our team can follow up. We keep the transcript, your caller ID, and any details you share (such as a callback number or appointment request).
- Automatically collected data: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security, spam prevention and to keep the site working.
How we use your information
- To respond to your requests, schedule appointments and provide our services.
- To send you service-related messages you've asked for, such as appointment confirmations, call follow-ups and replies to your questions.

Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
If you agree to receive text messages from us — for example by saying yes when our phone assistant offers to text you a follow-up, or by checking the text-message box on our contact form — we will use your mobile number only to send you messages related to your request, such as appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
