Program
SentryView Customer Notifications, operated by Sentry View, LLC. We send text messages related to your inquiry or appointment: call follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing text messages without your separate consent.
How you opt in
- By phone: when you call a SentryView number, our AI assistant may ask whether you'd like a text with a summary or your appointment details. We only text you if you say yes.
- On our website: by checking the optional "text me about my request" box on our contact form and submitting it.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. See SMS Opt-In for the exact wording and a screenshot of each opt-in.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your request, typically 1–3 messages per inquiry or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out or get help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one final confirmation message and no further texts.
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
