One thing outside our control: some phone carriers charge a few cents for forwarded calls on certain plans. We check yours with you during the demo, before you pay anything.
Callers pick their language by keypad, and Sara can switch mid-call. Every non-English call comes with an English translation in your email.

Only time the AI is on the phone with a caller, rounded to the minute. Most calls take 1–3 minutes. Unused minutes don't roll over.
No. Every price is on this page: the monthly plan, the one-time setup, the add-ons and the $0.20 extra minute. If something is not listed here, we do not charge for it.
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. Yearly plans get 2 months free and the setup fee waived.
Extra minutes are $0.20 each. We warn you before you reach your limit, or you can set a spending cap so your bill never goes over.
After a demo call, we connect Sara to your real phone for 7 days, with up to 100 free minutes. You pay the setup fee only if you decide to keep it.
No. We turn on call forwarding for missed, busy and after-hours calls. Your phone still rings first, and you can turn forwarding off at any time.
Google Calendar, Outlook or Cal.com. If you use industry software for scheduling, we'll plan the best setup with you during your demo.
Sara collects only what is needed to book a visit. We do not currently sign Business Associate Agreements, so we don't claim HIPAA compliance. Ask us what this means for your practice.
